Do I need to be Pro to enter tournaments? +
No — KitchenCash Pro is completely optional. Any registered account can enter any open tournament. Going Pro just gives you meaningful perks on top of that.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Is the annual plan worth it? +
If you plan to play for most of the year, yes. The annual plan is $149 vs. $180 for 12 monthly payments — you save $31 and don't have to think about it.
How do the $5 entry discounts work? +
The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in as Pro. No codes needed. It applies to every tournament entry, unlimited times per month.
What are Pro-only tournaments? +
Special events — typically smaller fields (8–12 players), higher stakes, or special formats — open only to Pro members. Announced via email, not listed publicly.
